According to a survey on the hospitality industry conducted in June 2022 in Australia, just over half of respondents strongly or somewhat agreed that they would be more likely to visit venues that use technology to offer tailored experiences such as personalized lighting and music. In contrast, about 39 percent of respondents showed no or little interest in personalized tailored experiences.
