According to a survey on the hospitality industry conducted in June 2022 in Australia, 91 percent of respondents agreed that all pubs and restaurants should be accessible and welcoming for those with physical or mental disabilities. Many respondents also claimed that pubs and restaurants produce a huge amount of waste from menus and other disposable items and should take action to reduce it.
