Veterans reporting positive experience for using VA or a non-VA facility in the U.S

In 2022, 83 percent of veterans who used VA health care facility and 86 percent who used a VA paid non-VA health care facility reported that they had a positive experience using the facility for availability of appointments at convenient hours or days. This statistic shows the share of veterans enrolled in the VA health care system who reported having a positive experience around using VA or non-VA health care facility in the U.S. in 2022, by type of experience.
