Share of adults planning to watch the Oscars ceremony in the U.S. 202, by generation

According to a survey of adults in the United States, there are generation differences in interest in watching the 2023 Academy Awards. Millennials are the most likely to say they would watch all of the awards ceremony, with 19 percent of respondents. They were followed by Generation X with 14 percent of respondents stating they would watch all of it. While just ten percent of Generation Z said they would all of the awards ceremony, compared with 11 percent of Baby Boomers, 32 percent of Generation Z said they would at least watch some of the show.
