According to a survey on the hospitality industry conducted in June 2022 in Australia, 48 percent of respondents claimed to be put off by long queues or crowds. Many respondents also claimed that they prefer going to a single pub or restaurant rather than moving around, and are more likely to pre-plan and research their night in detail before they go out.
