In the United States, actions taken on TikTok videos under the consumer goods and retail categories have grown considerably since 2020. In 2022, there were approximately 207 million actions taken on consumer goods videos posted on TikTok, about 50 million more than two years prior. For the retail category, actions taken more than doubled between 2020 and 2022.
