According to a survey on the state of digital literacy in 2022, around 81 percent of respondents in Indonesia claimed that unstable network resulting in frequent connection loss was their primary issue while accessing the internet. The same survey found that the majority of Indonesians used mobile internet data to access the internet everywhere.
