During a global 2022 survey, 84 percent of responding agencies, advertisers, publishers, platforms, and advertising technology companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) reported a scarcity of data and analytics skills in the industry's marketplace. Measurement abilities followed with 73 percent.
