The turnover rate of government bonds listed on Euronext Lisbon fluctuated from the end of the financial year in 2004 to the year-end of 2022. This high fluctuation greatly influenced the overall bond turnover rate as levels moved from lows of 268 million euros in 2006 to peaks of roughly three billion euros in 2018. This was in stark contrast to the turnover rate of bonds listed on Euronext Amsterdam.

According to the source: Euronext Growth is suited to small- and mid- sized companies (SMEs) that want to raise funds to finance growth. Listing requirements are simplified and reporting requirements are lighter than for the regulated market. e. Euronext Access markets are designed especially for start-ups and SMEs that wish to join a stock exchange to finance growth and gain the reputational advantages of listing, but do not meet the criteria for admission to Euronext’s regulated markets or Euronext Growth. As Euronext Access markets are not regulated under the EU Directive, the admission criteria are much simpler and less extensive.
