Awareness and usage of mental health resources by employees in India 2022, by gender
According to a survey conducted among employees in India in 2022, about 50 percent of female employees were aware of workplace mental health resources. About 63 percent of male employees made use of the available resources. 50 percent of female employees used workplace mental health resources during the same time period.
