Awareness and usage of mental health resources by employees in India in 2022, by age
According to a survey conducted among employees in India in 2022, about 42 percent of employees below 24 years of age were aware of workplace mental health resources. While 57 percent of employees in the same age group made use of the available resources. On the other hand, 70 percent of employees in the age group of 41 to 65 years old used workplace mental health resources.
