According to a survey conducted in 2022, a majority of Chilean (58 percent) and Brazilian (57 percent) consumers preferred to shop via online channels for promotions. In Colombia and Mexico, the corresponding figures were 44 and 39 percent, respectively. In digital and physical channels, spending during these events shifted that year across the region.

* 20,534 consumers were surveyed across 23 countries worldwide. The sample size in Brazil was 1,002 participants, while Chile, Colombia, and Mexico each counted 1,000 respondents.
