Major channels for consumers to share shopping experiences in China 2022
According to a survey conducted among Chinese adults in November 2022, around 17 percent of respondents stated that social media was the main channel for their sharing of product information or shopping experiences. Meanwhile, around 16 percent of respondents said they shared their product reviews and experiences with their friends and families primarily.
