The price of products was the most important aspects to consumers for a positive experience when shopping at convenience stores in the United States in 2023, with more than half of percent of respondents choosing this option. Another 42 percent found the availability of products they need to be also a main factor a positive shopping experience. In contrast, the least important aspect was if the store embraced cutting-edge technology.
