During a global 2022 survey, approximately 76 percent of responding advertisers, publishers, and advertising technology companies mentioned work/life balance as an issue to address in the face of a perceived talent shortage in the advertising media industry. The same share of respondents included talent management in the list. According to the same study, at least three-quarters of companies noticed talent scarcity in the global ad media industry.
