According to a 2023 mental health survey conducted among Southeast Asian countries, 79 percent of employees in Vietnam felt comfortable sharing about their mental wellness with relevant staff at their workplace. The lowest share was recorded in Singapore, with 38 percent feeling comfortable sharing about mental health at the workplace.
