French people considering that a man pressing his partner for sex is problematic 2022

Surveyed at the end of 2022, more than a quarter of French men were indifferent to, or even considered normal or very good that a man insists on having sex with his female partner. Undermining the idea that sexist prejudices would decrease with age, and be less present among the younger generations, this proportion was even higher among men aged 25 to 34: only a little more than two thirds of them (68 percent) found this situation problematic.
