Clinical studies in Argentina 2023, by phase
As of February 2023, most of the clinical studies conducted in Argentina were on phase 3, with a total of 2,001 clinical studies. This research stage involves collecting information regarding the safety and effectiveness of certain drugs by analyzing different population groups, dosages, and drug combinations. Moreover, 720 registered clinical studies in Argentina were at phase 2 of the medical research. By that time, almost 60 percent of the registered clinical studies in the South American country were completed.
