Working time required to afford cheapest mobile data in CEE 2023, by country
The longest working time to afford the cheapest mobile data package in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) was recorded in Albania, at 15,253 seconds, or around 4.2 hours in 2023. By contrast, workers in Estonia had to put in an average work time of approximately 30 minutes to afford the cheapest mobile data package in their country. Estonia was also among the most affordable countries for fixed broadband internet in the region.
