Trade balance of pharmaceutical products in Argentina 2014-2023
From 2014 to 2023, Argentinian imports of pharmaceutical products exceeded the country's exports by at least by 1.2 billion U.S. dollars. In the last year depicted, the trade deficit of pharmaceutical products reached approximately 1.8 billion U.S. dollars, down from 2.25 billion dollars reported a year earlier. Moreover, as of 2021, the pharmaceutical industry in Argentina had attained a market value estimated at roughly six billion U.S. dollars.
