According to a survey conducted in China in 2022, about 90 percent of respondents believed that their current work model basically met their working demands. But 44 percent of respondents would have liked their employers to allow more remote work instead of coming to the office.

The survey was conducted among:
13 percent aged 18 to 25 years (Generation Z), 18 percent aged 26 to 33 years (later-born Millennials), 19 percent aged 34 to 41 years (earlier-born Millennials), 37 percent aged 42 to 57 years (Generation X), 12 percent aged above 58 years (Baby Boomers).
