During a September 2022 survey, 44 percent of responding industry professionals, marketers, and publishers from Australia, Colombia, India, Mexico, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States stated that they were using customer data platforms in their personalization efforts. Roughly a third used CDPs to gain insights into their customers.
