Total shopping center area in Czechia 2021-2023
The total shopping center area in Czechia fluctuated in the observed period. While in the fourth quarter of 2021, the entire area was around 2.3 million square meters, which increased to 2.68 million in the second quarter of 2022. The third quarter of the same year saw a slight drop to 2.57 million square meters, but it rose again to 2.62 million in the fourth quarter of 2022. In the first three quarters of 2023, the total area amounted to 2.61 million square meters, before rising to nearly 2.62 in the fourth quarter of the year.
