Most people in Czechia got their information about store discounts through printed flyers in the observed period. Despite this, the share of people using this informational method decreased. While in 2020, 62 percent used these flyers to inform themselves, this number dropped to 55 percent in 2022. On the other hand, the use of mobile application increased rapidly. While only 24 percent of people used them in 2020, this share rose to almost 50 percent two years later.
