During a survey of U.S. consumers aged 18 to 34 in October 2022, it was found that Spotify's paid subscription was the entertainment service the least likely to be considered for cancelation, with 81 percent of those surveyed saying that they never thought about canceling their subscription to that service. However, the service most likely to be considered for cancelation was epix, with 25 percent of its subscribers saying they regularly thought of canceling the service, and 45 percent who periodically considered canceling the service.
