Starting the product replacement process in Slovakia 2021
According to a survey from 2021, when Slovaks wanted to complain about a product or service they received when shopping online, they mostly called or wrote the e-shop for advice. Over 40 percent of respondents considered this the best way to start the complaint process. Almost 30 percent opted for looking up advice on the internet.
