Way of getting additional information while online shopping in Slovakia 2021
Most people in Slovakia said in 2021 that when they needed extra information while shopping online, they looked it up on the internet. However, almost the same amount said they called or wrote the e-shop infoline or customer service. Both of these figures were around the 43 percent mark. Only around 10 percent would ask their friends or colleagues for any information.
