In the Nordic countries, consumers from Finland and Sweden are most likely to start their shopping journey on search engines. As of the second quarter of 2023, almost three in five Finnish shoppers used search engines to find product information, compared to 47 percent of Swedes. In Norway, consumers preferred product discovery through online stores, at 45 percent.
