During a 2023 survey, 46 percent of responding marketers from the United States stated that Sales, order volume, or revenue were a key performance indicator (KPI) used in their organizations to measure their retail media network efforts. Advertising cost of sales (ACoS) and return on advertising spending (ROAS) were named the top KPI used for that purpose, both mentioned by 84 percent of respondents.
