According to a survey conducted by NeoGrowth among its customer base, over 59 percent of the spa sand salon related MSMEs in the south Asian country of India were in need of financial support during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. Fashion and lifestyle businesses were the second most impacted due to coronavirus and about 55 percent of them needed financial help in that time period.
