According to a survey conducted in the United States in 2022, almost half of the male respondents, 48 percent, were using an Android smartphone, while the usage of the iOS operating system was lower, 44 percent. By comparison, usage of smartphones with Android operative system among women was 44 percent, while 47 percent of U.S. female users had an iOS device.
