Surveyed on the eve of a demonstration scheduled for January 31, 2023 as part of the mobilization against the pension reform planned by Elisabeth Borne's government, nearly four out of five French people considered the calls for targeted free energy operations as a good thing.
The other types of action that the French were most in favor of were targeted power cuts - against billionaires (58 percent) and elected officials supporting the reform (52 percent) - as well as strike action in ports and docks starting January 26.
