According to a survey conducted among doctors and nurses in Italy in 2020, 63.6 percent of respondents mentioned that bureaucracy in healthcare was the biggest challenge their organization faces when it comes to implementing digital technologies. Furthermore, 46.6 percent of the respondents reported that training staff to use digital health technologies is also a challenge.
