Peru: value of non-traditional exports 2023, by industry
In 2023, Peru exported about 18.4 billion U.S. dollars' worth of non-traditional products, including agricultural, chemical, and fishing goods, as well as textile products and jewelry. This classification also includes metals, minerals, wood, and paper. With 9.2 billion dollars' worth of exported products, the agricultural sector registered the highest export value. That same year, the chemical industry in the South American country generated 1.99 billion U.S. dollars in exports.
