According to the IVC Research Center, in the first half of 2023, the value of M&A high-tech exits with acquirers from the United States in Israel amounted to roughly 1.57 billion U.S. dollars. On the other hand, in 2022, the value of exits reached nearly 10.5 billion U.S. dollars. This was a slight increase from the previous year, 2021. Overall, the value of exits increased over the observed period, with some fluctuations.
