According to the IVC Research Center, in the first half of 2023, the value of M&A high-tech exits with Israeli acquirers in Israel amounted to 114 million U.S. dollars. On the other hand, in 2022, the value of M&A exits with acquirers in Israel amounted to 814 million U.S. dollars. This was a significant decrease compared to the previous year of 2021. Overall, the number of exits fluctuated during the observed period.
