In 2022, a survey revealed most common problems enterprises face when making online purchases in Finland. 21 percent of B2B representatives claimed delivery times were too long. Other leading issues were technical problems with order systems (15 percent) and issues with payment options (15 percent). However, around 34 percent of surveyed B2B representatives did not experience any issues with digital commerce channels.
