According to a survey conducted in December 2021 in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, 67 percent of responding senior company decision-makers said that ensuring data security and data protection compliance is their leading challenges with managing hybrid customer experience. Another 66 percent stated that a key challenge for the same business management is aligning teams responsible for CX on digital touchpoints vs. physical locations.
