MEPs distribution of posts on Twitter 2022, by political group
According to a report conducted throughout 2022, 18.4 percent of Tweets by Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) were published by the European People's Party Group (EPP). Overall, 16.9 percent of tweets were posted by politicians belonging to the center-right political party, the European Conservatives and Reformists Group (ECR), whilst the Socialists & Democrats group (S&D) accounted for almost 16 percent of tweets by MEPs in 2022.
