Reasons to buy used items online in Sweden 2022, by gender

A survey conducted in the first quarter of 2022 revealed that Swedish men buy used items online mainly to save money (50 percent). In comparison, approximately 36 percent of women purchase second-hand products online for the same reason. Swedish women purchase pre-owned goods because it is more environmentally friendly than buying new items.
