HBO Max subscriber additions in the U.S. 2021-2022, by type

The share of resubscribers to HBO Max increased during the first half of 2022, reaching 36 percent of the total amount of subscriber additions to the streaming service in June 2022. Meanwhile, new subscribers accounted for the highest share that month, despite it declined compared with the previous months of the year.
