Average discount on Amazon and Flipkart in India 2022, by category

During the sale on 23 and 24 July 2022, Amazon Prime day offered greater discounts on electronics and beauty products with an average of additional discounts of 6.9 percent and 5.6 percent, respectively. In comparison, Flipkart offered higher discounts on groceries and fashion at 3.2 and 8.6 percent during the same time.
