During a 2022 survey carried out among advertisers in Europe, 28 percent of respondents said the reach of retail media ads would need to improve for retail media to become more attractive for advertisers. Access to in-store and e-commerce transaction data was the most cited area of potential improvement, named by 62 percent of responding advertisers.
