In 2022, consumers returned to movie theaters in the United States after a long period of lockdowns and isolation. Over 45 percent of moviegoers came from households with incomes under 50.000 U.S. dollars, while 18 percent of those surveyed had incomes of over 100.000 U.S. dollars.
