ChatGPT (generative pre-trained transformer) is a chatbot developed by the United States-based OpenAI in November 2022. The developer launched its ChatGPT app on iOS and Google Play Store in May 2023 and July 2023, respectively. The program is powered by artificial intelligence and it is reported to produce written content such as answers in a conversational way and is able to write essays. Between January and October 2023, mobile apps using the keywords ChatGPT and chatbot generated millions of downloads, like in the case of AI Chatbot Nova.
