Workforce share in the CIS 2019, by sector and country

Among the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, the highest share of people employed in the agricultural sector was recorded in Tajikistan, at nearly 45 percent in 2019. To compare, in Russia, less than six percent of the workforce worked in that sector, while over two thirds of the workforce were employed in services.
