What would make consumers use more refillable beauty packaging in the U.S. 2022
Over half of beauty consumers agree that some sort of incentive would encourage them to purchase more refillable beauty packaging. As of 2022, the two most popular responses, each with a 67 percent response, were receiving free samples for refilling beauty products and getting a discount on the refilled products. Consumers also liked the idea of loyalty programs or the opportunity to mail-in products for refills.
