In 2021, the beverage sector spent approximately 2.66 billion U.S. dollars on TV advertising in the United States, up eight percent from 2.47 billion dollars a year earlier. Still, the 2021 figure amounted to less than 83 percent of the 3.21-billion-dollar expenditure recorded in 2019, before the COVID-19 outbreak.
