According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2021, more than half of the questioned experts thought that considering the national conditions is a priority for achieving carbon neutrality with a share of 56 percent. Compared to that, the smallest share of experts answered that considering the level of major developed countries is necessary with a share three percent of respondents.
