Large electrolyzers opinion on final investment decision in Europe & Asia 2022-2030
In a survey of hydrogen industry respondents from Europe and Asia at a roundtable event on the topic on October 4, 2022, an 80 percent share of the respondents answered that they expected to take a final investment decision (FID) on a 100 megawatt (or larger) electrolyzer between the years 2023 and 2025. An additional 10 percent of the respondents stated that they expected to take an FID between the years 2025 and 2030. Only five percent of the respondents stated that they were willing to take an FID during the time the question was posed to them.
